Added a "Custom Linear" Wideband O2 selection. You will be prompted for
low and high AFR and voltages.
Wideband is no longer disabled based on O2 voltage
All field references are now defined in an external configuration file.
Which configuration file to use is menu selectable unde the "Options" menu.
VE Analysis "Window Threhold" and Basic Threshold are editable in the MSGraph.properties file.
Fixed a rounding bug on VEX export.
